Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are holding a carton contest to deliver a certain message to the clients of our law firm. I kindly invite suitable artists to submit their cartoon entries.
The readers of the cartoon will be international businessmen, bearing high responsibility for their companies, bankers, government officials and lawyers. The style of the cartoon shall be very dry, less of emotions, a note of arrogance and not funny. An excellent example of the required style is the artist Kevin Kallaugher who writes for “The Economist” and describes powerful decision makers who are typically lacking humor due to the weight of responsibility they are wearing.
Contains of three drawings only. Black and white only. Should be readable when downscaled to a size of 15cm by 4cm.
Drawing 1:
A fat shipowner similar but not identical like John Fredriksen is seen on the left pulling on a rope toy vessels. Smoking cigar, one pumps (female shoe) and champage glas lying on the floor. Four bankers on the right side, trying to compete saying „No Interests“, „No Covenants“, No Repayment“ and a Chinese banker saying „No Ship Mortgage“.

A lawyer is pushing the “Up”-button to lift the Shipowner on eye-to-eye-level with banker. Banker is astonished, shipowner smiles confident.
