Hi, and thanks for the invitation, but this budget is too low for this logo, knowing that DesignCrowd charge us as a Designers 15% of fee, so that means from the $160 that you are offering we will get $136 and I think you will not like a logo that worth that little money in terms of quality-thinking-design-time expended on it.
