Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a Logo that will represent my new company. I will be providing services for schools, families and consulting professionals who work with students with special education needs. A phrase that I was thinking of including beneath my title was, "The Key to Student Success" and somehow incorporating a key in the logo but I am open to other ideas. My service will provide collaboration, consultation, clinical interpretation and special education facilitation and experience for those who are working to meet the needs of children with disabilities. The design should represent teamwork, finding educational solutions and the idea of clarifying the needs of a child to ensure educational success. I would love the colors to be bright and energetic but not abrupt. I do love the idea of using a monogram as I think GES is catchy but again am open to other ideas.
