I had a basic question, I don't use photoshop for making newsletters, I just code it via basic HTML scripting and CSS styling and Bootstrap. So I wanted to ask if just an HTML file would work or not?
And also content is to be same as it is in attached files right?

Pictures lure an audience into read whether they're books, magazines or even on websites.
