You mention in your brief an e-commerce section. Do you have a developer to build the back end code f the site? e-commerce are complicated and needs security access since it deals with credit cards and money transactions. A designer doesn't do that. Moreover these are highly paid work. Your pricing $300 is very low for requesting a high end product with e-commerce section. Any reasons for this?
