Business Name - Coupon Country

I would like to create a web site where business' can upload a promotion to sell vouchers for the offer and customers will receive a free coupon which will be an upgrade or bonus.

The idea is to promote businesses in country towns as well as customers getting a great deal for the product or service.

A drop down box with every town and city in Australia to pick from is required.

I want customers to pay using PayPal. I want a PayPal payment to then filter to the business selling the offer less a commission which would go to my PayPal account.

The offers will require a drop down box to choose an expiry date.

The idea is a little like Groupons but which some changes.
