We are launching a company called Habitots in Melbourne, Australia that will initially be an online destination for parents to find innovative products for their kids and homes, that will be sourced from around the world. We will drive traffic to the site by also delivering a range of content for parents in the form of articles, forums and a blog to keep the content fresh, relevant and real.
Phase 2 of the company launch will be the opening of an upscale retail destination, an urban recreation center for parents and kids. Habitots will provide daily classes (music, dance, art, cooking) for kids 6 months to 10 years, give them the opportunity to play in the beautifully designed gym and stop in to have a coffee with parents and kids in the earthy cafe.
We want to build a 'branded experience' where consumers will develop a lasting relationship with our brand. High end packaging/gift wrapping will be available, reusable packaging will be able to be made into toys when broken down into parts (this will be a future brief), characters will be developed to create relationships with the kids.
The company & logo needs to be upscale, friendly and approachable, modern and use at least 1 or 2 colours. Needs to be gender-neutral but it needs to predominantely appeal to mums.
