Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

A logo is needed for an upcoming food and garden blog site.

The focus of the blog is to celebrate local, sustainably grown food through:
* stories;
* profiling champions of sustainable food, from growers to cooks to advocates;
* recipes;
* practices and tips for eating healthy, sustainably and ethically sourced food; and
* information on growing your own food.

This blog will complement the volunteer work I have undertaken as:
* a founding member of Canberra City Farm - a community based venture to promote all aspects of sustainable living.
* a member of Slow Food Canberra

I am keenly interested in the role of food in connecting us to each other, the environment and food itself. The values embodied in this cover: fair income and conditions for producers, care for environment, care for community, and connecting people.

Ideally the logo would be symbolic of the connections and values outlined in the paragraph above. The logo should be warm, people-centred and informal. The logo does not necessarily need to include text but if so the words should include "Gourmet Gardener".
