Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a new logo design for a new company that will be selling accessories for smartphones and tablet devices such as the iPhone or iPad as well as popular Samgsung Galaxy devices.
Our customers are typically on the younger side with expendable income. A lot of them tend to be "cool" kids.
The logo will be used on the company's website as well as product display stands and possibly the products themselves.
The name should be very readable from afar, so that when you can read the logo if look at a display stand from 20 feet away.
It also needs to be designed in such a way that the logo can scale up or down in size. For example, some products that may have the logos printed on them are small items such as Stylus pens.
The logo needs the ability to be scaled down to the point where it is still recognizable on the product yet not make the product look like a promotional item.
I think the key to this logo would be to come up with a design that stands out , appeals to a younger crowd, highlights the website but at the same time is able to be used in a variety of way as described above.
The company name is regear , the website will be regear.com and it may make sense to play with uppercase/lowercase combinations, e.g. reGEAR.com ReGEAR.COM etc...
The basic premise of the company name is that it reflects the fact that customers wants to personalize their "gear" - essentially "re-gear"
