We want clean transparent icons. No glossy effects. No gradients. No shadow effects.

We have had some nice designs posted and we look forward to seeing more! A general feedback items we would like to give for everyone:
- Service Set: We are not real happy with the "stacked cylinder" approach and would like to see a collection / stack of gears.
- Condition: We don''t care for the current triangle icon at all and would like to see something else, maybe a "question mark" or a Lock/Key or a shield motif
- Action: We would like something simple for this, just an single arrow or just an arrow head
- Internal Message: We don''t like the envelope motif for this and would like to see something else, a suggestion has been made to make it like a sticky note
