Thanks for your invite but your project payment is far too low for branding and associated design materials for me to consider submitting a design at this stage. A lot of project holders on DesignCrowd offer $200 - $300 for a logo alone. You might struggle to attract many designers to project and the payment offered does not reflect the amount of work that would be involved.

We would like to thank you for your valuable Reply, you may find mentioned in the brief that the designs selected will grab an extra 180$ to reach the amount of 360$ and even more that we are ready to pay for.

we know that we should pay more, it was only an entry and we gave an extra incentive for the best works.
