To me this is : no icon + text , but only text...

I meant that you have to use the abreviation "LabTP" and not the full name "Laboratorio de Pesquisa e Treinamento".

"The name of the company is LabTP
It's an abreviation for Laboratorio de Pesquisa e Treinamento
That means: Training and Research Lab
The logo should contain just: LabTP"

Thats ok ... Next time you have logo contest you can add styles of logo you are interested in- emblem, textmark, lettermark , abstract ...
