App-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need an app design for an Amsterdam-based company that is about to change the way we find new jobs. The idea is not to show the company and job title as everyone does, but only a 5 sentence summary of the job. The user slides though the jobs and eventuelly finds a shortlist of his best matching jobs.
Winning designers supplies 2 designs, that have contain the core of our business idea (see screenshots attached):
Screenshot 1, A job description done in 5 bulletpoints (6-9 words).
example:
- Lead 20 enthusiastic workers
- Coordinate between production department and development team
- Improve current processes
- Maintain relations with supplier
- Lot of focus on personal development
Screenshot 2 should be a shortlist/favourites
The shortlists shows around 5 jobs with job title, company logo, number of days the
vacancy will stay available, and how well the job matches to your profile (preferably by means of a visual indicator).

We would like to thank you so much for your effort so far! We are very inspired by the different ideas you are providing. Really great! We noticed that some specifics in our requirement were not clear enough. So besides some individual feedback, we updated the briefing completely. Please check it again, hopefully it can help you provide the best design!
We also decided to extend the project just for a few days so there is time for some alterations or additional designs.

Schön zu haben
- Inspiration:
Tinder: simple and clear slide throughs (yes/no)
Linkedin: start screen (professional and stylish), vacancy banner (visual, but not distracting)
Airbnb: combination of playfull and professional design
Sollte nicht haben
- We like to have it as visual as possible, but visuals cannot directly relate to the job (because we cannot match a visual to every job). So should be something 'business like' or 'city life'.
When a user clicks on the 'i (more info)' button the user can see info like job title, company name, location. Its important that this info is not shown in screenshot 1.
