Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for a sleek, professional logo design incorporating the satin bowerbird (it's a black and satin looking mid sized bird, similar to a Raven in looks). I'd also like to incorporate the nest (which is called a Bower) into the design. I want the logo to eventually be used on business cards and letterheads etc.

I want the logo to be predominately black and white with some blue in it (the Satin Bowerbird has blue eyes) however I'm open to anything, especially if it's an awesome design.

The logo will be representing several tax entities, so i want the logo to be able to be used interchangeable by adding text below the logo (eg Bowerbird and then underneath the logo, saying Family Trust or Superannuation or Group Pty Ltd etc).
