Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) program. The HSEM program is housed in the School of Management and more info can be found at www.uaf.edu/som.

Our program is known for being practitioner-based - our faculty have years of experience in the field. Our students choose service-oriented careers that make an impact in the lives of others (fire, police, military, paramedics, homeland security).

The logo needs to be in line with UAF graphic standards including the official UAF fonts and colors found at http://www.uaf.edu/branding/guidelines. Common imagery used in association with UAF is the polar bear (our mascot) and mountains/northern lights/wilderness imagery.

Ideally our logo would communicate emergency service-oriented education combined with Alaska-related imagery.
