We are a multidisciplinary team of health care providers who offer Complementary Alternative Medicine. We have always had cards that have shown our logo, our names and our titles (and, of course, our logistics). Now we want our cards to include our photos. We have found a design we like:

We'd like to move forward with a template that is something like this card. We'd like to be able to edit the template so we can add staff as we are growing.

We are excited about our new photo cards. In a big city like Chicago it's our dream to treat people as people, not numbers on medical files; In kind, we want people to remember each one of us! We want them to see our smiling faces on our business cards.
