2820 x 4500 pixels @300dpi is equal to a cover size of 9.4 x 15 inches.
Thats a big book. Is that what you want?

I am deducted that you have sized up your book - Not as an eBook cover - but as a front, back and spine.
This would give you a cover size of approx 6 x 9 inches, but you still have a very wide spine width.
How many pages are you planning for?

I was just following KDP guidelines for resolution and size.
They suggested best results for cover images were for the dimensions provided
I hope this helps.
