Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

hi all

this logo is for a jewelery store located in Tahiti, french Polynesia.
The shop specializes in tahitian black pearls, so the logo will revolve around them.
We want something simple, but with a modern, stylish design.

the text is : L'Atelier de la Perle

Takaroa - Tahiti (try a version with only TAHITI)

Above the text is the logo : the 3 elements we want are : a nice black pearl(in the blueish/greenish colors: see link below) in the middle, it shouls sit on top of an oyster (with the inside(with the nacre) facing the viewer
Last ( and we don't know how or where in there ) we'd like the shape of the atoll(island) of Takaroa (also in french polynesia)

few tips : the oyster specie we're talking about is called "pinctada margaritifera" don't just put any oyster ;) google it to know what we're talking about
For the shape of the atoll of takaroa, google earth will be your friend, for reminder, we're located in the south pacific ;)

for the font, we're open to propositions, please something that is easy to ready and identify but at the same time a font that is not seen everywhere.

hi again everyone
i will extend a few days because so far nothing is standing out
i think we might need to get rid of the idea of having the atoll's shape on the logo, it looks too much like a water poddle
remember we're selling very high quality, expensive black pearl jewelery, so we're looking for a logo that looks smart, sharp, stylish and upper market
