So just to make it clear, you want all the info to be either on the header or on the footer, and not dispatched like in the old letterhead design. And also, could you upload your logo in AI or EPS format.

No, I think in general the information should stay there, where it was. So you can use a footer and header. But im open to changes how you display the information. You are free to show everything in the footer or header.

There is no logo for that job as an expert. We have a logo for our painting business but that has nothing to do with this expertise job. So you are free to design what ever looks good
