Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello all,

I will make it as simple as I can: I need a logo for an office building in the centre of capital town. The building is from late 90´s , so the design is somewhat modern, however it certainly shows its age. I am including a few photos for reference.

The logo in large scale will be placed on the building itself or on a lightened post in front of the entrance, in smaller scale on bussines cards and website.

What the logo should look like? I will let that one up to You, however I want the logo to look modern and sleek, but serious at the same time. I will be offering the office space not only to small firms, but also large ones as banks or insurance companies.

The logo needs to be netural in colors, since altough the building is painted in quite distinct shades now, it might get a color refresh in the future, so the logo needs to fit the new color scheme as well.

In the logo text I put two options:

First one "Sokolovská 215" is the name of the street and the house number, the second is just the house number. I am not sure which one will look better, so if You feel like it, please try both variants.
