1) Can't open the the content of the Zip files you've provided.
2) Do you want to include the same content which is already in your current brochure to the new brochure?

I don't know what's wrong with the file I'm afraid - is it just the appraisals you're having trouble opening?

What size of the brochure do you plan to make, portrait or landscape, any limit about the page number?

There is also no limit/maximum on number of pages.
