Apparently we'd like to redesign the contents area, not the header nor footer.
We're trying to achieve a more professional looks with more organize layouts and nicer designs.
as you can see now, the current designs were dull and less organized.

You're also welcome to use any assets of icons and images base on your choice (preferably on free copyrights buy we might agree to purchase for a royalty images if we find it's worth it)

We just need to make sure what you did it's code able(not just a nice graphic which is beautiful to look but can't be implemented or it isn't well functioned)

I am going to sent you some examples during the day.
I want to say that i supose that all the people here on this project are web designer, so i think anything we do is very codeable and if you couldnt be able to code my work im free to do it for you.
