Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a General and Endocrine Surgeon and require a logo for use on my website, stationary, business card etc. The logo design should be modern, neat and clean, and portray professionalism and positive energy. My preference for colour themes are navy blue with some matching warm colour (eg yellow/gold/latte/or orange). The logo may, or may not be based on my initials (J.L.). Please see the attached files for some general ideas. File 1 contains a modern pattern, the general style of which may be suitable. File 2 is based on a butterfly, which is well known in the Endocrine Surgery world to represent the Thyroid Gland due to the similar shape. Thyroid surgery is one of my specialities, but I don't want to limit the logo to just thyroid surgery, so if a butterfly is used it should be more abstract. File 3 shows a nice pattern, which could represent a side profile of a butterfly.
