We are forming a Residential Real Estate brokerage in NYC, City Block Realty LLC. We will be dealing in the business of apartment rentals and sales, and eventually will branch into commercial. Our business is going to incorporate the 100% commission business model, and aims to operate more as a support system/membership club for experienced agents and brokers. This model allows top performers to work their business and keep the bulk of their hard earned money. We also plan to develop an application to streamline all general real estate transactions, such as lease applications, signings, etc in keeping with this virtual, membership model.
