Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a double sided marketing flyer 8 1/2 x 11. The flyer will also be marketed via e-mail using one or both sides. "Outside of the box" but yet "professional" marketing is what we'd like to achieve.

Venture Cleaning Systems Inc., is a building service company providing cleaning, caretaking and concierge service to residential/stratas (condominiums/apartments)...(These services are usually provided during daytime hours). and janitorial service to commercial buildings ( service provided at night time).

Brochure to be 2 pages.:

Side 1: marketing residential/strata building services with a focus on providing cleaning services with a sub-focus on caretaking and concierge. We also provide move-in/out service where we coordinate with tenants to arrange access to the building, elevators and provide security (no moving involved)

Side 2: marketing night time janitorial service to property managers, corporate head offices, small offices, industrial facilities

These websites are from the best maid cleaning business and best strata//residential cleaning business in the city. The maid website is "you" focused, that works! The other is very straight forward and to the point, which also works.


At the end of the day our target audience ( property managers and building owners ) want us to take away one of their biggest headaches - "CLEANING". They have better things to be doing than dealing with whether or not the elevator is clean! That's our job! We're in the CLEANING business and when they don't hear a word from any of their tenants, we're doing our job and they're HAPPY :) WE TAKE AWAY HEADACHES AND MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY!
