Photoshop design is enough? or its coded?

Thanks for checking out the project.

It will need to be coded eventually. However I realise that designers don't always get involved with that side.

So photoshop file is the first critical outcome. Coding is the secondary - still very much desired, but we can always get the photoshop file coded separately if the designer doesn't provide that.
