Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a surf brand, targeting tourist, visiting east timor (South East Asia). The name of the brand is "Timor Crocs".

I would like the design to be inspired by havaianas
The icon will be printed on slippers, t shirts. bags, etc.
To act as a souvenir piece that people can wear and use in their daily life when they return from holiday.

East Timor is a newly independent country, and it had a rough history of civil conflict. The local people have a tribal mentality.
The country has nice beaches.

Crocs (as in Crocodile), is strongly identified with East Timor traditional culture.
Most tourist there are backpackers, and NGO-aid workers. Most visit East Timor, because no one else have ever went there, hence there is an tribal/danger/unknown appeal for visitors. Tourist numbers are low.
The items will be displayed at beach sites.

The logo would have the following features:
- Timor Crocs "with a crocodile (graphic)" - to be placed together linearly
- I would like an overall tribal feel to the logo "Timor Crocs"
- I would like the design to be inspired by havaianas slippers
- No East Timor Flag to be on the logo.
- Please take a look at traditional frabic design of east timor on google. Google images " Tais East Timor"
- Pls see some design attached I was playing with
