We need a wordpress design for an established auction and real estate company based in Tennessee. The winning design will incorporate a professional color scheme with company logo in a clean layout. The design needs to consider that this will be developed on a responsive theme. Colors are those that will highlight the logo.

This client, an older gentleman, wants the site to mimic http://www.schraderauction.com/. If you can adjust you designs with this site in mind - perhaps 3 columns, less color etc. We are trying to get him a concept that he likes and he keeps mentioning this site.
