Can you clarify the "crosspoint of the Z and the lightning bolt make the T in nutrition" part? I'm not clear if you want the Z to be made of a lightning bolt and trailing down to make a T or if you want a symbol that is a Z, lightning bolt and T altogether.

I am open to anything. I originally pictured a Z and then the lightning bolt running through it. There is a point where the z and the ligntning bolt make a T. I am sorry it is so difficult to put into words
