What will page size be and do you have your logo in eps format?

I assume you wanted a bi-fold and not a tri-fold brochure since you specified 4 pages instead of 6 panels. And I kept the orientation portrait for more of a brochure feel.

I am not sure what you mean about attaching the Logo ?

your logo is a jpeg file and not very good quality, I like to use the best quality files for my work. I also posted
this comment on Feb, 4 and did not get a response until know. If you can submit your logo in file format
other than jpeg, eps preferred I gladly submit design before deadline.
