We need a logo for the Manager Foundation

We provide manager training. The Target Audience is managers and the HR departments of firms.

The business needs credibility and to be perceived as an authoritative source.
The users are formal and therefore the logo should be business-like without being staid. The training content is fresh and bold and the preferred logo is likely to also be fresh and bold except if more a traditional design is good at conveying the credibility.

Good colours are blue, gray and white
