Thanks so much for inviting me to work on your logo design project. I don't feel I yet know enough about your company to give you the kind of logo you need to win business.

I couldn't find a website for your company so I just wanted to check when you say full service shop does that mean you offer carpet cleaning/refreshing/deodorising or new flooring carpet fitting and installation? If you offer multiple services which is the most profitable?

Do any of your potential competitors have a website you could suggest I can look at? I find it very important to look at the context your business will be considered by the customer. Even if the other businesses are little larger or more diversified if it is possible your customers may choose to do business with that company it is valuable for a designer to compare their brand identity. If you don't like they branding/logo it is important to say but I would be looking to help Havertown Carpet Company have its own identity.

Better information will help deliver better designs.
