Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

North Park Panthers are an expansion member of the Firewagon Hockey League. Firewagon is a fantasy hockey league entering its 10th year. All teams have names referencing hockey history or the member's personal hockey experiences. My team is named after the arena I played at growing up, and the name of the championship team I played for. Colours preferably Pittsburgh Penguins black and pale gold, but open to accents - in fact, any colors are fine but imagine that they are used on a Penguins jersey (just like the Chicago Blackhawk logo is not red/black/white but looks great on their jersey). I am looking for something that would not be seen as "just another wild cat logo" and not be something that closely resembles a pro or college team. I am not looking for something young (no mascot-type cats), but something that is timeless and iconic.

Even though it is a fantasy team, the logo should be suitable for a professional sports team, targetting pro team fans.
