ROC BOOTS AUSTRALIA:
From its first product in 1990 ROC has evolved a school footwear culture of its own! ROC product is Australian designed from its Sydney base and combines youth trend with high-grade quality materials and great Australian fit. ROC are renowned for incorporating on trend fashions in their designs, reflecting attitude and personality, but still be comfortably worn every day.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Hi Everyone! Thanks for checking out our brief.
At the moment we are currently in the process of launching our 2013 "Back to School" campaign to the public. As part of our promotions each year we provide our customer stores with point of sale material which they will display nation wide. This is a great opportunity for your design work to be displayed across Australian in hundreds of stores. Have fun with it!
We require:
-Two poster designs
-Size A2, front and back
-The Front (side A.)of each poster will focus on lifestyle photography
-The Back (side B.) is to be more graphically composed with the text "ROC BACK TO SCHOOL".
-Use of ROC Boots Logo (See attached)
-Display website address in tidy fashion (www.rocboots.com.au)
-Use of brand colours: Yellow,Black,Greys,White while also breaking out and bringing in more colour through ideas drawn from our inspiration files. (see attached)
-Use of Neon Graffiti/street art texture (see attached inspiration)
We have separated the lifestyle photography into two themes for each poster.
Poster theme 1. - During school activities. (see attached images)
Poster theme 2. - To and from from school. (see attached images)
-The front and back should associate visually with one another. Through the art/graphic elements.
Side A:
-Photography collage
-Include logo
-Incorporate artwork from side B.
- Text "ROC BACK TO SCHOOL" graffiti stencil treatment. (less prominent on this side)

Side B:
-Graphic artwork- Graffiti/street art style
