WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Thank you for your interest in designing the new tsoom.tv Wordpress template.

Tsoom.tv is a start up online pay-per view video content provider. Videos can be purchased and streamed through the website for a typical price of around $2-$5. We will also offer live video streaming once again through a pay-per view system. Most content will be categorised into ‘channels’ for easy lookup and exploration.

The winner of this contest will submit 3 different page designs:

1) Home Page. By far the most important in this contest. We are looking for something with an enormous visual appeal. We require a ‘What Hot/Coming Soon/Announcement’ slider which we can customize. Surrounded by other more permanent image links to particular channels/videos/advertisements etc... The ‘Foxtel Go’ iOS App layout is just like what we’re thinking. 2) Viewing Page. This page should include the main video streaming screen as well as related content, price, description, rating, length, comments, bookmark, social media links etc... Think of a YouTube video viewing screen (except better!)

3) Post Page. Quite simple. Room for the post’s text and image. Spare room could be used for advertisements/channels etc...

We hope for a sticky header section with logo, menu links (Channels, Live, Browse), search bar and country selection that conforms across all pages. At the bottom of the page we would like sticky links to FAQ, Feedback and Contact us pages.

We also think that it could be advantageous to have the home page ‘What’s hot’ slider to be of the same dimensions as the video player (16:9) thus keeping the website in greater uniformity (just an idea).

The design should be ultra modern and the layout very user friendly.

The colours should match well with the logo (supplied) yet we are open to the idea of changing the logo colour.

It is also very important that the website be mobile/tablet friendly.

Templates including coding will be considered favourably (Viewing Page not required).
