I think the text is quite a lot. My experience in design has shown less text is better.

I could look to cut out a lot if you like and submit a design? I honestly think its best.

I do agree less text is ok, I did feel that.

What size do you require for this banner? Is this for print or will it be on a website?

This will be placed on our website and printed as a hand out.
As a hand out A4 is fine even better A5 but there may be too much content to make it A5.
