Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a successful real estate agent in Portland, OR.

My site gets thousands of visitors a month - www.RealEstateAgentPDX.com. Please visit it to see "old" logo.
Looking for a fresh new logo that spells out, RealEstateAgentPDX.com.
Need to keep to a green shade of some sort. An icon of some kind would be okay. Not necessary. Could use same icon for all three logos. Look at my site for all my previous design choices. Generally prefer modern and minimalist.

I'm starting up a new site called PortlandNeighborhoodSearch.com.
Would like a logo for that as well. Need to keep a shade of green involved.
This is a website where people can search for homes, specifically by neighborhood. An icon of some kind would be great. Necessary.

Finally, would like to style my name into a logo: Stephen FitzMaurice. You can add a second tag line to the logo: Top 5% Agent in the U.S. (or United States). Also possible Top 5% Real Estate Agent in the U.S. as tag line. Need to keep it a shade of green - name could be black with green tag, or vice versa - just need to have green in there. An icon of some kind would be good.
