Cornel888, Yes you are right! no unfortunately I don''t. But it is a 40x40 square building.

Hi was just wondering if you, or someone close by, can sketch out a rough floor plan showing door, window location etc, location of stairs. Doesn't have to be 100% but we can get better idea of space. (even from memory if your not there) Thanks

Glass walls are surrounding the frontage, beside the glass door, there are glass panels on the left wall as well.
i will keep the bathroom in the same spot, I would like to make it a communal sink area, but 1 female bathroom and 1 male.
