For the design would you like 2 separate or everything on all one logo?

So I guess, what we are trying to do is make a great logo that incorporates the elements of both.

The attachments are your existing logos if i am not wrong, i need one clarification do you want to keep the elments from the attachment or can i go for afresh look. THanks & Regards
