Omega is a responsive theme for Drupal

http://drupal.org/project/omega

This page lists some example sites that use it. Basically it is a 960 grid theme but will change depending on the device/screen size used to view the page.

More details on sizes can be found at http://drupal.org/node/1298692

A good way to see the different sizes is to take a site from the links on http://drupal.org/project/omega and resize your browser window.
