Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for our small business which is a mobile line boring/machining/boilermaking service.
Preferred colours is black as the background colour and gold for everything else. Hoping to incorporate the attached information about the business as well as the bull skull as we would like it to be a recongnisable icon. We do alot of remote area work of Queensland and Northern Territory, eg. mine sites etc. so maybe an outline of those states and territories would be an option.
The logo should be usable for business cards as well as promotional items (T-Shirts, hats...).
