Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is an old logo "capital H" in shadow. And a new logo the "kiwi-bird" The assignment is pretty simple: merge/redesign the 2 logos into a proper 21st century logo? I had the "H shadow" logo designed in 1985, the "kiwi-bird" was designed in 2009. Please use same or similar colours, although a fresh and new design might also need fresh and new colours. Please note: the file attached to this assignment of the "H" logo is a picture of the logo behind glass.

The logo is for is a real estate project management and development company in Amsterdam. We develop luxurious apartments and in the area of Amsterdam. High quality materials, design, spacious renovations etc etc.

The companies name is "Holtrigter Projecten B.V." And besides large renovations we also execute small renovations such as a new kitchen, a roof terras or a luxurious walk in closet.
