Visitenkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a business card for my real estate consulting business. I am hired by developers to create and manage marketing and sales programs for their high-end, multi-unit real estate developments. These projects can last a few years. My clients are fast-moving, affluent, no nonsense men (mostly). I need a card that is elegant yet modern, understated yet with a creative touch. Less is more! Colors need to be sophisticated...charcoal grey/white or I'm open.
I would like my tagline: "Elevate Your Real Estate. Accelerate Your Sales." on the back of card with a simple skyline illustration (hopefully I can get the skyline spot colored)...see attached sample
I don't have a logo yet so simple clean chic is good start. I D NOT want a bunch of "Stars" in a row as too predictable. But an interesting treatment of stars in or around logo type could be great.
The FINAL design should communicate: modern elegance, confidence, and restraint

- The name "Five Star Marketing" is a play on the star rating system for hotels and resorts...(and indicates the types of projects I work on) ...if there is a Star or Stars in your design (and I would love it) the treatment of the Star/s should imply sophistication (either modern or understated)...but not contrived or cheap looking.
I also like the idea of a reference to real estate...can be the simple skyline rendering but I'm open to other suggestions...should NOT BE a single home or roof top as I DO NOT sell single family residential homes...I AM NOT a real estate agent!!!
