My thinking was to send it out by email and people can just view it on screen. If they want to print it I guess most people will just have A4. I imagined it to be the size of a regular ticket to a concert.

I'd prefer not to give that info out until I select the final design. In the meantime you can just put those titles in and make up dates, venue etc so you get the positioning the way you want it
