Uploading to the platform? It's like a coding too. If you ask for a web design you will only get psd file (photoshop) and if you have a coder, your coder will execute that as real and live website. Designing a web and implementing it is two different jobs here on DC (or any other crowd sourcing site).

Reading your brief and answers to past questions, it sounds to me that you're asking for full working website with all the content on a single long page with parallax scrolling effect rather than in multiple pages. You seem to be asking not just a design in psd for a usual home page but a working site with code that, if design wins, should be uploaded by ftp to your hosting provider. Is this correct? If so, I'm willing to submit a screenshot of a working site for you to view and see how the scroll effect works, but with due respect, I feel that you need to increase your budget if indeed you want a full working site rather than just a psd design of a typical home page (not a very long one typical with one-page website with scroll effects).
