WE need a card that has the following:

- our LOGO
-Business info (email,phone,website etc)
- SMALL icons (either 3,5,10,15,20) where we can punch a hole to show how many classes our customers have attended
- a place to write the clients name and date of when they paid for the session pass
-an area to write - "This card is valid for the person who's name is on the front only and for a period of 8-40 weeks from date of purchase."


Front of card:
- Logo
- Session number and price" Can be redeemed with any class, check our schedule online.

I've attached our logo and the pricing for our classes.
I request the 20 class pass be made first just to ensure it all fits in well then we can look to delete boxes or kettlebells to adjust to the smaller class passes accordingly down the track. General colours we are thinking is black and green to match our logo and a stencil font or something similar.
