Academic poster for display at a pharma industry conference

Background

PharmaReview Ltd is an online, on-demand supplier of compliance advice (copy review) to the life science industry. See www.pharmareview.co.uk for more info.

We have conducted a benchmarking study on the time spent by three large pharma companies on copy review. It highlights time spent and time wasted as a result of unnecessary, additional rounds of review. As a result we have developed recommendation for improving the copy review process.

Requirement

We need an academic poster A0 Landscape (841 x 1189 mm) that summaries our methodology, results and conclusions. We have written the copy - see attached.

Audience

Attendees of this conference are budget holders and decision makers. They can chose to outsource copy review to organisation like ours, however, many pharma companies currently keep this function is house and waste internal resource, time and money.

Objective

Our objective is demonstrate from our findings that massive savings can be found by getting copy right first time.

Design Guidelines

This poster should not be heavily branded - as this CANNOT be promotional however you may include our logo with the authors names. We would like you to use our brand guidelines, however, in order that it is clear that this study was conducted by ourselves. Brand book is attached plus our logos and icons.

Examples of academic posters can be found with a quick google search - one source that I have found useful is http://colinpurrington.com/tips/academic/posterdesign I have attached an example of the kind of layout we would like to see... please keep the background quite plain as this will make it easier to read

Within the copy attached data graphs have been included for position guidance only and an excel file with the raw data and graphs is also attached - if you feel that the data can be displayed more effectively please do... also please apply our brand style. It is important that the data is accurately reproduced.
