Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo design for a new bookkeeping company called 'QBQuest Consulting'. The company is designed around accounting software call QuickBooks (hence the 'QB') and the journey (Quest) that users are on while seeking to understand how the program works and how it can work for them. We do everything a QuickBooks-centric user might need help with. From setup, to training, customization, procedure implementation and ongoing bookkeeping services when clients prefer a hands off approach to the data entry process. Of course the ultimate goal is to get the client to a state of complete understanding both with the software and with the financial health of the business they are building. This process also takes the stress out of taxation.
I am the owner of the QBQuest and I'm hoping to gain a Logo that points out the aspects of the name and hopefully add a bit of personality as well. I have had a lot of ideas but when it comes down to it, I just can't decide. ...QBQ in the shape of a flower, a compass, a fork in a path... I think what I need is someone else's POV to ponder over. Up to this point I have been using a business card format from VistaPrint which I have attached for reference. I really like that the style is somewhat quirky and I love poppies. Poppies are everywhere in our office and because of the cards, most of the painting and artworks have been given as gifts. Incorporating the flower into the logo somehow would be nice although not 100% necessary. I also like the odd characters who seem to be wandering around. Like they are looking for something. The card is different and I believe leads know it when they see it and it causes our company to stand out from the others in the stack of cards on a desk. The problem I find is that it feels busy. I would like some kind of sleek simplification while still having some personalization and get the point across in a design.
