Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my personal business of working with individuals to improve their health through changes in diet, lifestyle and with supplementation. The diet recommendations are for a traditional, whole foods diet and this is the most important component of nutritional therapy: teaching people healthy eating habits. The name of the business is Nourishing Tomorrow because by nourishing ourselves, children and families better today, we will have a healthier, more vital tomorrow.

I am open to any design. Visions I've had around the logo are for the design to imply a beautiful tomorrow, a stronger future, and to depict vibrancy and vitality. Sometimes I think of a a rising sun on a hill, or something radiating beams of light.

I want the logo to be a good representation of me, which would be someone into slow-food, cooking, traditional foods, gardening, farming, and yet also be edgy, cool, unique, and vibrant.

I'd like to stay away from green, as that color has been taken over by the eco-movement. Perhaps something with more of an orange or a red (because they represent vibrancy), though those colors can be bold. Perhaps even just a great black and white design could work.
