Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I just started a company for independent contracting - "Chefia". It means 'leading' in Portuguese. My company will provide engineering and construction technical services as well as IT services. My wife is a partner in this company and we want to also conduct language and soft skills training. We want designs in purple and colors that complement purple. The logo must contain the company name "Chefia". My first thoughts are to have an abstract design because of multiple services that we want to provide, however I am open to thoughts by designers here and ideas that convey the 'leading' intent of the company. i.e Lead businesses to profits, success, etc.
